Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I ordered a new head for my shaver because I could not use any more after 2 months.I did not got any explanation.When I got a new head it armed my face.I decided to buy a new shaver.The full shaver come to me 2 days after after I paid $24.35 and it saver me very well …Even if last only 1 year it will be less than the trash send me from BraunYour first priority should be to please the customers.Very disappointing by Braun

After 40 years with Braun , I had to change my Shaver Series 9 replacement Head 925, which doesn't workc after 2 months (one of the pieces foll down). Other customers have same problem.

I would like you fix this manufact problem and fgive me a new head.. I will not buy any more a very hight cost with some bad quality, not in line with the use quality I was using for 40 yearsJosephRamon 1 469 286 ****

Complaint

I bought a new Braun shavers received last week. Today I called Braun.

Vivian, the Braun representative, knew absolutely NOTHING about the product, unable to help me.

Why does P&G allow untrained staff to answer customer service phone?

Terrible service. My question remains unanswered.

Poor customer service

Still having problems ordering the Braun 3 in 1 shaver care cartridges. I receive a confirmation email about the purchase followed by an update email showing Cancellation.

Contacted my Bank which confirmed that they are not the ones cancelling my order. Finally contacted Customer Service who sent me complimentary cartridges which I reveived.

Have not attempted to order again. The problem seems to be within Braun who has all of my detail informatiom.

I reached out several times to customer service. I tried to place an order twice.

Both times I received an email confirming my order. My bank whose card I used confirmed the charge. Then within a few minutes Braun sent me an updated email daying my order was cancelled. My bank.confirmed that they had nothing to do with the cancellation.

I tried to make the purchase again. Same thing happened.

Problem with my Series 9 Head 925

After two months, one of the two knives fell down and it is difficult to set it up. After one week, there is no way to put it back.

I'm not the only customer with this problem.

One said he got a replacement, another one said he will not buy any more Braun products. I'm doing the same if you don't explain why you fixed it and replace it.

Refuse to help me on return..ordered series 9 replacement head..sent series 7..they contend i bought from 3rd party ..it's in their packaging..even if 3rd party they know who they sold it to..won't help me at all..nice customer policy...stopped payment on ccdon

My Braun coffee pot stopped working. I looked in the manual for a solution, but the only thing it had under the E-1 problem was to contact the manufacturer.

Bad heads

I have a series 3 Braun razor. I have replaced the heads twice now.

I feel that Braun should give me a new head.

I am disabled and cannot afford another head. Please help!

Shaver head

I own a Series 9 shaver. In the past year, I have had to buy three new Series 9 shaver heads.

I installed a new head yesterday (May 13th). The previous two lasted 6 months and 7 months each. In both cases, the head shaving covers cracked and scratched the face, causing bleeding.

The packaging instructs users to change the head every 18 months, but I have found this impossible to do. I have spent $150.00 in the past 13 months for three new heads, all Series 9 Pro.
